Greetings,
As a native and product of Gadsden County, I am proud and honored to be the HIPPY Coordinator for Gadsden County Head Start/Pre-K.
My educational career started in 1995 when I graduated from James A. Shanks High School. I then enrolled in Tallahassee Community College and then Keiser College where I graduated in 1998 with an Associate of Science Degree in Health Administration Services. I later returned to school and obtained my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Child Development in 2017 from Ashford University.
My career in the educational field began in 2002 as a paraprofessional at the Elementary and Middle school level. I later became a Family Service Advocate with Pre-k/Head Start. In 2018 I left the Gadsden County School District to become a Mental Health Case Manager for Juveniles. However, having a love and passion for the students of Gadsden County I was afforded the opportunity to return to the District as the HIPPY Coordinator for Head Start/Pre-K.
I believe in equipping the parent so that they can equip the child to be the best that they can be.
